Description

The Ultimate Kit for your TFSI. Our billet valve cover in combination with our Catchtank Kit. Suitable for all 2.0L TFSI engines, such as in the Golf 5 GTI, Audi S3, TTS and many more.

A better solution to minimize carbonization of the inlet valves does not exist. The kit gives your engine bay the perfect look and the best thing, with TUV.

Too much clogged intake valves can lead to a major engine damage due to valve breakage!

The coking at the intake valves and in the intake duct is caused by long-life oils, inferior fuel and frequent short-distance operation.
In general, the coking can not be prevented, only delay. That's why we recommend installing our Oil Catchtank Kit to fight the dirty gases.

The system is completely closed. With the kit, the crankcase and block vent oil vapors are directed into the catchtank. All gases go into the catchtank, are filtered and returned via a special hose to the intake, upstream of the turbocharger (only for K03 and K04 turbochargers).

The kit consists of:

1x Billet Valvecover
1x oil catchtank open, size: 140mm x 80mm
1x holder for the Catchtank
1x 2 meter dash 10 lines with nylon fabric (especially oil resistant)
2x 45 ° Dash 10 fitting
2x 90 ° Dash 10 fitting
2x NPT on Dash 10 Adapter 90 ° for the Catchtank
1x adapter boost gauge for the intake manifold
1x adapter engine breather turbocharger
1x adapter Dash 10 engine breather block
1x hose recirculation hose turbocharger
2x hose clamps
1x roll of Teflon tape

Note for use in cold climates:
The Catchtank is designed primarily for a warm climate.
In winter at temperatures below 0 ° C, the condensation that forms in the system can freeze. This would result in increased crankcase pressure, which can lead to engine damage. We recommend checking and draining the Catchtank system more frequently during the winter, or removing it completely for the cold period.
