1.8T Tuning kit LEVEL 5 BAR-TEK®

With the Stage 5 tuning kit from BAR-TEK® you can achieve a real engine performance of up to 666 hp!

In our stage 5 kit you have with the Garrett GTX3071R Gen.II 0.63A/R already an early response. This means that the torque is already available at low revs and you accelerate with your 1.8T like a rocket!

This is what you can expect with our 1.8T stage 5 tuning kit:

• Garrett GTX3071R Gen.II Turbocharger T3
• Exhaust housing 0.63 A/R
• Pressure can 0.48bar for internal Wastegate
• 1.8T Manifold T3
• 76 mm Downpipe-kit to weld by yourself
• V-band flange for exhaust housing
• 630cc Siemens injectors
• BAR-TEK 44 fuel pump
• Connection kit for BAR-TEK 044 fuel pump
• Cable kit for BAR-TEK fuel pump
• Sytec holder for fuel pump
• 1.8T Splitter Blow Off BAR-TEK®
• 1.8T Race spark plug set NGK
• 1.8T upgrade Mass air flow meter
• Oil and water lines for Garrett turbocharger
• Gasket from exhaust manifold to cylinder head
• T3 gasket from turbocharger to manifold
• Copper nuts for fixing turbo to manifold (holes must be drilled to M10)
• Turbo nuts BAR-TEK® for fixing manifold to cylinder head

The suction and pressure line must be made individually on the vehicle.  The matching silicone hoses can be found here!

You can choose between mass air flow meters with oval and square plugs.

(Software not included, but can be made individually for an extra charge)

Suitable for all 1.8T engines such as installed in Golf 4, Audi A3, Audi TT, S3 or Seat Ibiza and others.
