KKK K04-023. 023 stands for an extra connection for exhaust gas temperature in the turbo itself.
Otherwise, the turbocharger is identical in construction to the K04-020.

max. performance up to 280 PS (206 kW)
internal Wastegate up to 1,5 bar
for 1.4l – 2.0l engines
ideal for 16V, G40, G60, VR6 Bi-Turbo, Audi S3 or Audi TT

We also recommend renewing the oil pipes.
