They have a special alloy and thus allow for reduced movement and a quiet engine running even in the cold start-up phase. The combination of our H-beam steel con-rods with the MAHLE pistons is absolutely perfect. The con-rods have been milled from a solid block, which makes them 100% stable and extremely lightweight. The specified compression ratio is valid in combination with a cylinder-head gasket in standard thickness. Our piston/con-rod set is stable up to 1000 hp. As of 750 hp, our 2.5L race cylinder head gasket must be installed.
