Polo & G40 Cylinderheadgasket

Gasket for all Polo engines also for Polo G40 in different versions:

1) 0,5mm bore with bore 77,50mm made of two layers of metal.

2) 1,70mm thickness with bore 77,80mm made of soft material with metal inserts around the combustion chamber. Especially suitable for engines with larger piston.

3) 1,80mm thickness with bore 76,50mm made of soft material with metal insert around combustion chamber.

In any case you should use new head bolts or directly ARP stud bolt. ARP stud bolt can be used again.

Tightening torques: 40Nm + 60Nm + 90° + 90°
