Project Audi S4: 665 HP and 800 Nm
The Audi S4 is the sports version of the Audi A4. The next higher sportier version is the Audi RS4. The 2.7L V6 Biturbo engine is considered very solid and can be compared to the 1.8T 20V (Golf 4). So it was only a question of time until BAR-TEK would dedicate itself to this project. As always, we wanted to know what we were talking about when it came to professional engine tuning. The best experience can only be achieved by doing it yourself, said Bartek, and then we started with the V6 Biturbo engine.

Le moteur a bien sûr été entièrement reconstruit avec les éléments suivants:
- ARP goujons de vilebrequin pour le bloc et pour les culasses
- bielles forgées en I avec des coussinets Race
- Pistons turbo Wiseco avec axes de piston turbo
- Race joints de culasse pour un taux de compression de 8,0:1
- Mise à niveau Turbos avec collecteurs
- Bougies Race avec un espacement des électrodes de 0,6mm
- Courroies dentées Gates Racing
- Têtes de cylindres usinées CNC
- BAR-TEK® Jeu de ressorts de suspension sport avec joints de tige en viton
- Soupapes d'échappement Supertech Inconel et admission +1mm
- Mise à niveau Arbres à cames
- Amortisseur de vibrations harmonique
- Kit d'embrayage Race Sachs
- Régulateur de carburant réglable et gicleurs Deka de Siemens
- Mise à niveau intercooler et bien sûr, la pompe Bosch 044 ne doit pas manquer
- Les bobines d'allumage fragiles ont été remplacées par nos bobines plasma
- Avec des plaques d'adaptation assorties et le kit de câbles directement
Le résultat est impressionnant ! 665 ch et 804 Nm avec une courbe de puissance belle et propre accordée à notre Maha MSR.
His first car was a Polo Mk1 with a 40 Weber twin carburetor and 129 PS (95 kW). His second was an Audi 50. Today Bartek tunes Lamborghinis to 1000 PS (735 kW). Even as a young boy, Bartek disassembled vehicles and put everything back together better. He wrote his high school diploma with oil on his fingers. The trained automotive mechanic with a focus on engines and gearboxes was determined to go into motorsports. In his 10 years in Formal 1, he supervised 73 races, including as engine mechanic for Ralf Schumacher at Toyota. Since 2010, he has dedicated himself fully to his company BAR-TEK® and helps his customers to bring VW and Audi engines to peak performance.

Witam panie Bartku posiadam audi s4 2.7 biturbo I chcial bym zmodyfikowac silnik na wjeksza moc tak do 650bhp 700bhp ale chcial bym zostawic wszystko w mare w oryginale pod maską. Trochę już zrobiłem, pytanie brzmi czybyl by Pan w stanie pomóc miw tym projekcie oczywiście zapłacę Panu za wszystko jednak chcial bym wiedzieć o jakjej sumie mówimy
