One of the best and also with TÜV: Our Open Air Intake for Golf 7, Golf 8 and Co is the right thing for you if you are looking for rich sound and significantly more power! This intake was developed on our performance dyno for maximum performance.

With our new intake we have found a way to supply your turbocharger with even more fresh intake air. Due to the optimized design, the airflow to the compressor is completely undisturbed and also increased, so your turbo has plenty of fresh air to work with. This will thank your engine with up to 25 hp (18 kW) more power and 20 Nm more torque compared to the standard intake!

We've also made sure that the intake air not only flows in abundance, but is also nice and chilled at the same time: thanks to the integrated heat shield, the performance air filter always draws in cold air, which further optimizes combustion.

When it comes to new performance products, we generally spare no expense or effort, and our open performance intake is no exception. We wanted to develop an air intake system that reduces restrictions as much as possible so that the air arrives at the turbo smoothly.

Stock air filters are designed not to clog under a wide variety of conditions and to reduce intake noise. Both make them work very inefficiently from a performance perspective and their sound is boring.

We've changed both of those things! We were able to reduce the pressure drop while increasing the flow rate to give you the maximum performance. Depending on the vehicle, you can achieve up to 25 hp (18 kW) more power and 20 Nm more torque. Also the sound is no longer slowed down with our open intake and a beastly good sound is created.

Open Air Intake made of PA 6.6: The stuff that intake dreams are made of!

Also in the choice of material we think about the highest possible performance and therefore we have chosen the famous PA 6.6, which is also known as Nylon 66. It is the polyamide with the best properties at high temperatures over a long period of time, starting with great hardness, stiffness, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. It also has excellent sliding and friction properties, which makes it the perfect material for our intake.
