BAR-TEK® Racing aluminum oil pan with cooling fins for your 1.4L TSI EA211 engine.
The oil pan is machined from a solid aluminum block CNC. Due to the elaborate machining on a CNC-milling center we were able to realize great features, such as
Cooling fins on the complete surface
optimal heat dissipation due to high quality material
Stiffening of the engine block by high-strength aluminum - instead of the original plastic oil pan
more oil volume, which ensures a better oil supply.
Due to the cooling fins and the high quality aluminum, the heat dissipation and thus cooling is significantly improved. Furthermore, the aluminum oil pan is much more stable compared to the original plastic oil pan and thus also stiffens the engine block.
Features of our aluminum oil pan:
Milled from the full aluminum and therefore more stable
Better heat dissipation through aluminum
Better cooling through cooling fins
Elaborately CNC milled (processing time 7 hours)
Very good workmanship, all surfaces milled flat
Lightweight, only 2.2 kg and ultra stable
Plus 1,5 liter oil volume for additional engine cooling up to 15° C!
