This BAR-TEK® shift travel shortener for all 6-speed transmissions is suitable for direct replacement with the stock system. Enables easier shifting by shortening the shifting travel by approx. 40 %.
Premium product from BAR-TEK® with high quality coating. This guarantees protection against engine fluids, weathering and material breakage.
On older transmissions, the shift tower may be so badly worn that it is necessary to fit a washer measuring 16 mm inside and 22 mm outside under the M8 nut.
Some of the 1.9L TDI in e.g. Skoda Fabia, VW Polo, VW Golf 5 and Seat Ibiza are not MQ 350 / 500 transmissions despite 6-speed. Please clarify in advance whether the part is usable!
