The perfect gear for your 16V

The Billet Timing Belt Drive Wheels RACE are the perfect connection to the crankshaft. Especially tuning fans with turbo conversions get their money's worth with this crankshaft gear, because with it you will never have problems with worn gears!

The OEM wheels are cast and thus already have some weak points, which should be eliminated especially for performance-enhanced engines. They can warp and break at higher RPMs, and the increased force applied during load changes can also cause the wheel to break. The consequences could hardly be worse, because without the drive on the timing belt, the valves hit the piston, usually break off and destroy the entire engine.

To prevent this from happening, you should upgrade your engine with our Race crankshaft gear. It is milled from the solid and therefore very robust. Before mounting the wheel is heated. Due to this press fit it sits perfectly on the crankshaft and - unlike the stock part - does not allow any tolerances. The wheel is supplied with new bolts.
