CNC milled billet adapters to replace the brittle plastic inserts.
For all 1.8T 20V engines where an intake manifold with e-gas and cable is installed as standard:
V1 color black for cable like in: AGU, AEB, AJH etc. (thread diameter 24mm)
V2 color silver for e-gas such as in: BAM, AJQ, BEX, APX, APY, AMK, APP etc. (thread diameter 27mm)
With our inserts you now have the possibility to mount modern EV14, EV12 & EV6 injectors plug & play with the original injection bar.
With the V1 you can now drive modern injectors in your 1.8T instead of the old, thick EV1 nozzles.
The inserts are simply replaced with the original plastic inserts in the intake manifold. On the AGU engine, extension adapters must still be installed depending on the nozzle.
