This is the IHI IS20 turbocharger for EA888 Gen 3 2.0l engines. We have three versions of it for you:
The original IS20 turbocharger from IHI comes with the actuator and dump valve already included. What’s more, the settings have all been made at the factory, and the actuator is also ready calibrated and set. The supplied turbocharger is therefore ready to install. And after fitting it, all you need to do is enjoy it!
Our turbocharger expert, Turbo-Total®, also offers the turbo as an upgrade. With this, you can get up to 300 hp in Stage 1 and up to 420 hp in Stage 2. Modified IHI turbos feature larger compressor wheels, a cutback turbine wheel in Stage 1, and a larger high-flow turbine wheel in Stage 2. After all, a bigger flow rate also means more power, which is exactly what the upgrade turbo is for. So, Turbo-Total also makes use of reinforced hydrodynamic friction bearings and precise, high-speed balancing. The compressor housing is CNC-machined, and in Stage 2 the exhaust housing is also crafted by high-precision CNC machining. The result is a modified turbocharger for your 2.0l EA888 engine, with the optimum tuning to guarantee you a great deal of enjoyment.
These modified IHI turbos are complete, as they include the dump valve and actuator. Everything is perfectly adjusted and calibrated – you can fit the turbo straight away. However, optimised software is also vital, and the turbo isn’t road-legal.

Stage 1: up to approx. 300 hp
Stage 2: up to approx. 420 hp
