VW T6 Biturbo oil cooler kit BAR-TEK®

First oil cooler kit on the market for the 2.0L TDI engine developed by BAR-TEK®.

Even from the factory, the T6 engines struggle with high oil temperatures. If you are then still on the road in high summer, or the T6 is used as a towing vehicle, temperatures of 140 C ° are not uncommon. Our oil cooler kit prevents high oil temperatures, ensuring constant oil pressure and optimal oil condition. This has a positive effect on the life of the 2.0L TDI engine.

BAR-TEK® Complete Kit:

• 13 rows high performance oil cooler coated
• Special BILLET flange for connection to the engine block
• external thermostat (opens at approx. 90-95°C)
• 3 meters of Dash 8 nylon coated high pressure piping
• Complete sealing and mounting material
• Silentblock

This kit not only impresses with its easy installation, but also has a constant oil temperature and oil pressure control due to its high quality workmanship. The nylon coated lines are tough, weather resistant and provide long life and optimum flow.

We recommend using our special TDI oil! 

Attention:

After installation of the kit, noise may occur, which, however, is harmless. The noise is similar to a "whirring" sound, which can come from the pulsations of the oil through the lines. This buzzing can be minimized to elimination by using Silent Blocks and decoupling the components.
