Description

Large RACE intercooler from BAR-TEK® for 2.0L TFSI and TSI engines like in Golf 5, A3, Golf 6 and many more.

With increasing engine power, proper intercooling is also important. If the intake temperature is too warm, a reduction in power is very noticeable.

With original intercoolers and intercoolers that are not well made, the air is not cooled properly because the intercooler is not flow optimized.

The BAR-TEK intercooler is specifically designed for the 2.0L TFSI engine and delivers much improved cooling compared to stock due to its high quality radiator mesh and optimized design. This not only increases the effective engine performance, it also increases the knock resistance and the economy of the engine including the turbocharger!

For some vehicles, e.g. Audi TT, we recommend our pressure tube kit, otherwise the hose routing is not optimal.
