The new reference in the mid range, among the plug'n'play turbochargers for the 2.5L TFSI DAZA and DNWA engines.
High-end bolt on turbocharger for the EA855EVO engine that puts everything else in the shade - Excellent response with a power output of up to 850 HP, as well as a huge torque.
Designed for top performance, this upgrade turbocharger is actually neither a upgrade- nor a hybrid turbocharger. All components of the turbocharger are extremely high quality and made of the finest materials. In addition to the compressor housing made especially for this turbocharger, an integral exhaust housing made of high-strength stainless steel with a larger exhaust flow rate is used. Underneath the housings, the latest technology comes to the fore. For example, the showstopper is an extremely high-quality left-turn Garrett G-series trunk assembly.
The compressor housing was designed to use the tuning items available in the accessories. For example, most accessory intakes fit the turbocharger without modification and can be easily attached to the holes provided.
The exhaust housing, which is integrated into the exhaust manifold, has an increased exhaust flow rate and has been specially manufactured for the high-quality G-series fuselage assembly of the Garrett G35-900. The material chosen here is a 1050°C stainless steel. The ductwork is adapted to the performance and flow optimized. Another advantage: all downpipes fit at the outlet of the exhaust housing.
Features:
You can keep your old turbocharger. No exchange is necessary. So you can rebuild the vehicle if necessary. This saves a lot of time and money.
The installation of performance-enhancing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a performance condition to achieve the maximum possible performance.

Better than any heat tape is the Ceramic coating.
The process is still applied by hand individually on each component.
All kinds of components like manifolds or exhaust turbines of turbochargers can be coated.
First a base coating in beige color is applied.
After that up to 14 different colors can be chosen.
The price is calculated according to effort and color and starts at 250 euros upwards.
Advantages of Plasma Ceramic coating:
-Better properties than ordinary heat tape
-Durable up to approx. 900°C
-Lowering the surface temperature by approx. 33%
- Up to 50°C lower engine compartment temperature
-High effect with low weight (0.3mm thickness)
