With our many years of experience in motorsport and tuning, we can now proudly offer you our specially developed high-performance forged pistons suitable for Golf 6, Golf 7, Leon Cupra, Audi S3 and many more.

  • For series bore 82.50mm and first oversize 83.00mm
  • Compression Ratio of 9.5:1
  • 21mm piston pin
  • optimal complement to our H-Shaft Steel Rods.

All of our pistons are manufactured in the most modern 5-axis CNC systems.
100% CNC machined from high-quality, forged aluminum, especially for street and drag race engines with very high performance.

All of our pistons are tested to the highest standards. They are internally steam-blasted and shot-peened to not only relieve tension in the material, but also to show the smallest imperfections that could cause the piston to not work as desired. All pistons are also heat treated.

Ultimately, they are handmade and individually weighed to give the pistons a very special personal touch, then they are balanced and assigned to an engine set. Tolerances are so tight that there is no more than 0.5 grams between a piston set.
Our pistons are supplied with rings made from the highest quality materials to the world's highest standards.

The specified compression is in conjunction with a 0.90 mm cylinder head gasket.
