Slotted manifold for 500 hp (368 kW) power with your 1.8T.
Top mount cast stainless steel turbo manifold with T25 flange for transverse 1.8T engines.
With our new manifold for transversely mounted 1.8T engines, you treat your turbocharger to an insane response. You'll notice this especially when compared to ordinary ram supercharger manifolds, which can't hold a candle to our manifold. We designed it for ultimate flow: The 4-to-1 design and 48 mm cross-sections allow pulse charging and prevent exhaust gases from swirling and creating back pressure. That's why, even in the mid-range, you'll feel a power increase that's a joy to behold. You can easily get 500 PS (368 kW) with our turbo manifold.
Because we use only the best material, this turbo manifold is made of the cast stainless steel your dreams are made of. It is extremely difficult to cast, however it offers the best features: it is ideal for extreme heat and cannot rust. The CNC machining completes the high quality, as it allows a very precise result and a high surface finish.
Ultimate top mount manifold for transversely mounted 1.8T engines.
Top Mount means that the turbocharger is mounted above the manifold. Together with the T25 connection it is the ultimate combination for Garrett turbochargers with T25, for example from the GTX or also EFR series. Of course, other turbochargers with the connection also fit. To make the manifold more stable against stress cracks, all flanges are also slotted. So you can use the full power without having to worry.
Even better with the optional Plasma Ceramic coating
In the picture you can see the exhaust manifold with the patented Plasma Ceramic coating, which you can order additionally. You can choose from 14 colors, which makes looking under the hood an extra treat every time.
However, the coating doesn't just look incredible. It can protect the manifold from extreme heat up to 900° C better than any heat tape. At the same time, it lowers the surface temperature by about 33% and reduces the engine compartment temperature by up to 50° C. The complete engine also cools down much faster. This in turn dramatically extends the life of your engine and improves its effective performance. As if that wasn't reason enough to treat yourself to the coating, it also improves the spool up of the turbocharger.
The coating is extremely lightweight at 0.3mm thick, which also makes it better than any tape. A special treat is also the three year warranty we give on it. You just have to make sure to always clean it nicely with soap instead of brake cleaner. We coat everything by hand and can of course coat all kinds of parts. Just contact us for this.
The price for the coating is calculated according to effort and color and starts at 250 euros upwards. The coating is not included in the price.
1.4849 Stainless Alloy. The best of the best!
For racing purposes, we only us materials with the best characteristics. As an alloy for our manifolds, we have therefore decided to use a heat-resistant stainless steel casting with the less catchy name ,,1.4849''. It consists of a complex mixture of chromium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, niobium, phosphorus, sulphur and silicon. The key strengths of the material 1.4849 include its heat resistance up to 1100 degrees Celsius and its high elongation at break. This makes it the material of dreams when it comes to the highest thermal and mechanical loads - and perfekt for challenging uses in motorsport. So it is the best material for our high performance parts and your tuning projects!
Note: Depending on the design of the actuator and turbocharger, material must be removed from the valve cover to ensure sufficient clearance.
