The 1.8T top-mount manifold with external wastegate connection from Turbo-Total® offers a high-quality solution for increasing the performance of your engine. This manifold is specially designed for the Audi/VW 1.8T engine and has an external wastegate connection that allows precise control of the boost pressure.

1.4849 Stainless Alloy. The best of the best!

For racing purposes, we only us materials with the best characteristics. As an alloy for our manifolds, we have therefore decided to use a heat-resistant stainless steel casting with the less catchy name ,,1.4849''. It consists of a complex mixture of chromium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, niobium, phosphorus, sulphur and silicon. The key strengths of the material 1.4849 include its heat resistance up to 1100 degrees Celsius and its high elongation at break. This makes it the material of dreams when it comes to the highest thermal and mechanical loads - and perfekt for challenging uses in motorsport. So it is the best material for our high performance parts and your tuning projects!

Note: Depending on the design of the actuator and turbocharger, material must be removed from the valve cover to ensure sufficient clearance.

With three different adapter rings, this manifold is extremely versatile and compatible with Garrett, Turbosmart, Tial and Precision turbochargers (referring to the respective exhaust sides). These adapter rings ensure seamless integration and optimum performance, regardless of the turbocharger brand selected. The construction of this manifold is of the highest quality, made from robust material for durability and reliability under extreme conditions.
